Our event hall at 2210 Carter St in Richmond is open to church members, non-members and approved outside organizations. Tables, chairs and the kitchen are on site, so you only need to bring your food, plates and decorations.

Rental fees
የኪራይ ክፍያ
Rates are set by the number of guests and whether you use the kitchen. The security deposit is refunded within 7–10 business days after the event if the hall is returned clean and undamaged.
ዋጋው በእንግዶች ብዛትና ወጥ ቤት በመጠቀምዎ ይወሰናል። አዳራሹ ንጹሕና ጉዳት ሳይደርስበት ከተመለሰ፣ የዋስትና ገንዘቡ ከዝግጅቱ በኋላ በ7–10 የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ይመለሳል።

Sign and pay at least 30 days before: two checks to “Debre Enqu Beata LeMariam Cathedral EOTC”, one for the fee and one for the deposit. Bring them in or mail them to 2210 Carter St, Richmond, VA 23222. Guests leave by 11 PM; cleanup only until midnight.

Setup and cleanupዝግጅትና ጽዳት
One hour before and after is included. Extra time is billed hourly.

No tape, nails, tacks, staples, hot glue, confetti or glitter. Ask for written approval for items other than tables and chairs.

Anyone under 16 must be with an adult at all times.

Use street parking once the church lot is full. Keep the daycare entrance next door clear.

Meetings and conferences are welcome, but no selling or fundraising for profit.

You can reschedule at no charge with at least 30 days’ notice if the new date is open. If the church has to cancel, you receive a full refund.
